Jackie Morgan has served as a housing case manager at Boulevard Shelter. With over eight years of experience assisting the homeless population, Jackie have honed her skills in this vital area of social services. Prior to her role at Boulevard, she worked at Haymarket Treatment Center and Breakthrough Shelter, further deepening her commitment to this cause.

​​​Jackie firmly believes that addressing homelessness requires a collaborative community effort. "Every individual deserves to be valued, seen, and accepted, rather than judged based on their circumstances." Jackie's desire to join the Dwelling at the Well stems from her commitment to helping the homeless achieve self-sufficiency, as well as her passion for actively supporting this cause. ​​​
​Having personally experienced homelessness, mental illness, and substance abuse, Jackie understands the challenges of this cycle all too well. After years of struggle, Jackie has found the strength to surrender and transform her life in 2008. This pivotal moment fuels her passion for assisting women who continue to struggle with similar issues. Jackie is confident that her life experiences and skills positions her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
